Love Weekend in Warsaw
This weekend we took my boyfriend and I on a little getaway to Warsaw. We have both had quite a stressful summer with much to see to, so to get away and enjoy each other was clearly needed for both of us.
Ever since we met, we actually enjoyed the travel time as much as the rest of the holiday. It is bare, sitting in car, took, aircraft and so on together, without needing (or could) do other than to enjoy each other's company, is something we are both big fans of. It is incredibly mind full,t and often invite some good, these conversations. Therefore, I had actually been looking forward very much to the flight down.
We did not have the wild concrete plans for what we would see and do when we reached. The only, planned home was shopping, good dining and relaxation at the hotel. And we were definitely met.
We had booked accommodation at the Radisson Blu Sobieski, I otherwise highly recommend. I have also previously the estate at the Radisson Blu in Pragh and Oslo, and it is generally some lovely hotels. There was in control all the way and in general we got a really good service with late checkout and luggage storage. You think it might not, but Warsaw and Poland in general has actually some really good restaurants – and to about. half the price of what the same standard costs at home. That we enjoyed very good of, where we among other ate Spanish and Lebanese. Yummy!
The Spanish restaurant offered fantastic tapas and the hottest, silky Spanish Merlot. I felt very spoiled! On the Lebanese place we were among others. served a delicious tartar and probably the best hummus I to date have tasted.
In Poland it is incredibly cheap to go to the hairdresser and beauty salon. Therefore I jumped a trip to the hairdresser to cut spikes. 212 Danish kroner I gave for washing, cut and styling. I can not complain about. The hairdresser was accomplished and it is the best haircut has got long. For shopping, it was the little clothes and some makeup. Indeed, I am quite excited about the Polish makeup brand Inglot, as also in a period could buy in Denmark. In Poland, like many other Polish beauty brands, however, incredibly cheap. It is well below half price, for example, MAC, and many of their products are the same quality – some even better, as their lipsticks. It is moreover a new lipstick from Inglot, I have on the bottom image. I absolutely love the color! But I will elaborate on in another post.
