Percy & Reed is a line of self-developing formal hair products, I have tested through fall. For that test whether these hair products embraces more end only my hair type, as is normal, but in the narrow end, so I sent also some products on to a test subject.
My test person has a different and somewhat more demanding (read: smashed) hair than me. For withers with a myriad of dullness behind him there were two particular products, which separated.

Perfectly Perfecting Wonder Balm I must be honest to say, I mistook little to start with. But as my test subject continued to rant about, how good it was, so I had to give it one more try. I found out, it works the best in my hair, when wet. I putter 2 pumping in before I blow dryer hair, and it gives a nice sheen in your hair.
