5 Ultimate Tips to Becoming summer delicious in a hurry! Of 2: damp, moisture and fake tan
Here are three essential tips to help you get started, that you become beach- and pool ready in a hurry. The post is 2. part of the theme ‘5 ultimate tips to get summer delicious in a hurry!’, and if you have not already read part 1, so I think, that you flux should jump over and read the other great tricks to ensure you beautiful skin and gorgeous hair throughout the summer.
3. Damp – deep cleanser for the face
Steam is a really effective way to cleanse your skin in depth. If you have had a facial with a beautician, then you may have tried it as part of the treatment. It is also delicious to get in a steam bath on a spasted, and it works wonders for the skin. However, you can also get some of the effect at home, and by adding an essential oil tailored to your skin type, you get the most out of the treatment. After such a treatment, your skin will be even more clean and receptive to care, so you can advantageously put on a face mask. Then I promise you baby soft skin afterwards. Maybe you have such a fancy facial sauna, but if not, then you can get an equally good result with a pot and a towel.
how to do it:
Prepare a pot of boiling water and add if necessary. 5-10 drops of essential oil. Have a towel ready. Hold your head over the steam and have the towel over you, so you hold on to the steam. Keep your eyes closed. Raise your head slightly, if the odor from the oil or heat becomes too intense, and lower your head again when you are ready. Steam your face for approx. 5 minutes. Dab your face with a towel. Your leeks are now very open and ready to receive care. For maximum pampering, you can now put on a face mask. If you do not have time for that, then just splash ice cold water on the face and butter with a good moisturizer.
BONUSTIP! Put a hair treatment in your towel-dried hair and gather it in a loose tuber on top of your head. Wrap the whole hair in vitawrap. Wet the towel you used during the steaming in the hot water from the pot, twist it hard and wrap it around your hair. The heat of the towel will cause the hair fibers to open up, and the hair cure therefore penetrates even deeper into the hair strands.
4. I sell – detox and moisture from within
And and, I know you heard that 100 times before. I have dælme too. I can still hear my mother's eternal sermons on wrinkles, impure skin and headache. But heck. The woman is right. Especially because she's a beautician. And then you better listen to your mother. At least right at that point (tsk tsk!). Especially in the summer you need extra fluid to stay hydrated and after a round of dry brushing you also need fluid to transport the toxins out of the body. The fact is, too, that your skin will never get in balance by simply adding that nourishment from the outside. If it does not get moisture, vitamins and minerals from within via water and healthy diet it is a lost cause. Alt, which you apply to the skin from the outside is just one (effectively) supplement!
5. Self-tanning – a helping hand to the summer color
There is nothing that can make you summer ready like a game of self tanning. It's about, to find a product with a suit, which is appropriate for one's skin tone, so you do not end up looking orange. Personally, I like most self-tanners from Biotherm, Piz Buin and L’oreal.
Self-tanning can help you smooth out annoying sun streaks, and can at the same time give you a light contour effect – just like when you shape your face with bronzer. Here you can benefit greatly by giving a little extra, for example inner- and outer thighs and upper arms. Voila, and Lille cheat-slim-tip to become beach delicious – you can not get too many of them 😉 The trick is called tontouring, and has actually become a definite trend, as you can read much more about in this post.
When using self-tanners, however, you must not Apply oil to the skin first, as the color may become uneven. Scrub the skin, so all dead skin cells are removed and use a body lotion without oil, so the skin gets good with moisture. It gives the most beautiful and durable result. Make sure to lubricate the self-tanner really well into the skin, so you do not get streaks. Wash and scrub your hands, fingers and nails immediately afterwards with a nail brush!
TIP! If you use a self-tanning spray, then wear a pair of socks during application – that way you avoid orange soles!
